Panel Discussion
Technology alone rarely creates impact. This panel asks which organizational, human and leadership conditions decide whether AI and digital innovation create real value or remain expensive experiments, and what that means for universities, businesses and public institutions in Africa and Europe.
Beyond Technology: Why Digital Innovation Succeeds or Fails
Organizations across countries and sectors have access to largely the same technology. Yet some become more innovative, more productive and more resilient, while others become more bureaucratic and more frustrated. This panel explores why, and what can be done about it.
Bringing together perspectives from education, taxation and finance, computing sciences and sustainable entrepreneurship, the panel looks beyond the technical side of AI adoption and focuses on the organizational cultures, governance structures and competencies that turn digital innovation into lasting impact. The session closes with an open discussion and questions from the audience.
