Registration
Registration for ICRAIS is open to authors and listeners joining either in person or online. The conference offers separate fee structures for foreign and local participants, with options for face-to-face and virtual attendance, and includes access to conference sessions as well as selected conference materials and on-site refreshments for in-person participants.
Registration Timeline
- Early Registration: 20 June – 31 August 2026
- Late Registration: 1 September – 29 September 2026
Participants are encouraged to prepare registration materials well in advance of the listed deadlines.
Foreign Participants
- In-person Authors: €550 early / €600 late
- In-person Listeners: €450 early / €500 late
- Online Authors: €350 early / €400 late
- Registration fees for papers from PhD students from University of Oldenburg: €250
- Online Listeners: Free
Local Participants
- In-person Authors: Rs24,000 early / Rs28,000 late
- In-person Listeners: Rs18,000 early / Rs22,000 late
- Online Authors: Rs16,000 early / Rs20,000 late
- Online Listeners: Free
What Registration Includes
- Full access to all conference sessions
- Conference accessories
- Tea break in the morning, lunch, and tea break in the afternoon for 2 days
Additional Fees
- Additional page fee above 12 pages: €25 / Rs1000
- Additional paper fee when one participant presents more than one paper: €350 / Rs16,000
Payment and Refund Policy
- All payments must be made by 31 July 2026
- Cancellations are refundable subject to a €100 administration fee
- Refund requests must be made by 30 June 2026
- Registration does not include accommodation or travel expenses
