The registration fees includes the following:
- Full access to all the conference sessions
- Conference accessories
- Tea break (morning), lunch and tea break (afternoon) for 2 days
Cost for each additional page (above 12 pages): 25 EURO (€) / Rs1000
Cost for each additional paper: 350 EURO (€) / Rs 16,000
This applies only when one participant will be presenting more than one paper.
The registration fees do not include accommodation and/or travel expenses.
All payments must be made by 31st July 2026.
Refund Policy
If participants wish to cancel their participation in the conference, registration fees will be refunded subject to the deduction of a €100 EURO administration fee. The deadline to request for a refund is 30th June 2026.
